If my computer turns off, can I access my files?

No, since your computer is the server, it must be on. We recommend using a low-power device like an old laptop or Raspberry Pi that stays on and connected to Internet continuously.

Do you see my data?

Never. The connection is peer-to-peer encrypted. We only facilitate the handshake.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial for new users to explore & see how it can fulfills your requirement.

Can I integrate your MeshDrive with other Application?

Absolutely! Our MeshDrive supports S3 API Endpoint, which is similar to blob Storage and provides easy Integration with pre-built and custom built application.

What kind of support do you provide?

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption, secure data centers, and comply with other privacy regulations to protect your customer data.

What type of Encryption algorithm do you use?

There are 3 type of encrption algorithm: AES-256-GCM, ChaCha20-Poly1305 and SM4-GCM. Mainly we configure AES-256-GCM. It can be changed based on customers needs.

What if my hard-disk gets corrupted ?

For Pro Connector Plan, we can configure the Data Backup in your local network other Device. For Starter Plan, there is no mechanism

Do you provide support for Data Replication or HA ?

Yes, For Pro Connector & Enterprise Plan, we can configure data replication based on Zonal or Regional. Considering customer has 24*7 Hardware running on all location.

What if I need to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. We'll provide any refunds according to our policy.
